A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract, and the teacher reserves the right to decline a booking for any reason.

For one-to-one classes, course dates must be agreed with the teacher within 10 days of booking. For group classes, the date of the class block should be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment for classes is typically made via BACS (Bank Transfer), and an invoice will be issued to confirm payment details.

Payment must be completed by the specified due date on the invoice to secure your booking.

If your baby is born before the course starts, a full refund will be offered, minus the cost of any course materials already supplied.

Refunds are not offered except in specific circumstances and at the discretion of the teacher.

The teacher reserves the right to cancel the course or amend times, dates, or published prices.

Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly. Previously booked courses will not be subject to price increases.

Any recording or written material included as part of this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto are the sole property of Katharine Graves, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark or copyright laws). These materials may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission.

Participants agree not to record the course or any part thereof.

From time to time, Katharine Graves, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or its representatives may film or record the course for sales, marketing, promotional, or quality control purposes. By attending the course, participants consent to being filmed or recorded for the duration of the event and agree that Katharine Graves, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, retains all Intellectual Property Rights arising from any resulting media.

Using hypnobirthing techniques is not a substitute for the advice of or the presence during birth or any part of pregnancy or labour of a qualified medical practitioner, registered midwife, or obstetrician. Hypnobirthing does not represent an alternative to appropriate medical care or professional medical advice in any way.

It is the participant’s responsibility to consult their medical caregiver about the safety and appropriateness of hypnobirthing techniques before undertaking the course.

The teacher accepts no responsibility for complications or harm resulting from the inappropriate use of hypnobirthing techniques or for participants’ expectations or outcomes related to their pregnancy, labour, or birth. Hypnobirthing is intended as a supportive aid to enhance comfort and confidence during labour and birth but does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Participation in KGhypnobirthing classes implies agreement that no legal action or compensation claims will be brought against the teacher or any representatives for any reason related to the course or its content.
